Sant'Agostino square
Sant'Agostino, used in the nineteenth century for the wood market, is a square in the historic center of Prato. Recently it became a pedestrian area enriched with modern sculptures in polychrome and enamelled stoneware, including a large tub and a fountain, all made by Salvatore Cipolla. The square is closed to the north by the Church of Sant'Agostino built in 1271 on an Augustinian oratory and then expanded until 1440.
